We need the following information for the ASN request

• Country in which the ASN will be used
• An as-name. It must be a single word of letters, numbers and the characters ‘-‘ and ‘_'
• A person handle (see next section). This is the point of administrative and/or technical contact (these roles can be separate)
• A maintainer (see next section)
• Is a 16bit ASN (shorter) required? If so, a detailed justification needs to be provided
• ASNs and contact email addresses of 2 transit providers, which you plan on using with the ASN
• A proof of identity for the subject: Company registration documents (if business), ID card (if a natural person)...

We will be signing an "Independent Assignment Request and Maintenance Agreement"
